Builder Members Only
We are required by the Colorado Association of Home Builders to collect an assessment for each permit issued to a Builder Member for a residential unit. This money then goes directly to the CAHB to help fund the many effective political lobbying campaigns they engage in to assure a builder-friendly climate in Colorado.
Builders will be assessed $25 for each residential building permit pulled. Assessments are billed quarterly.
