*SCBA will try to honor your request for spaces. Spaces will be awarded on a 1st-come 1st-paid basis. And we reserve the right to select an appropriate location for each exhibitor. A confirmation of your assigned space will be sent via email.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. The Home & Outdoor Living Show is Friday, April 25th 3:00 – 8:00 pm and Saturday, April 26th 9:00 am – 5 pm at the Keystone Conference Center in Keystone, Colorado
2. Kick Off Party will be Friday, April 25th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
3. Set up is Thursday, April 24th 2:00 – 8 pm and Friday, April 25th 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
4. Booths must be torn down between 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 pm Saturday, April 26th.
5. One table, tablecloth, and 2 chairs will be provided for each booth. Additional materials (extra tables, extension cords, water hoses, etc) will not be supplied and are the responsibility of the vendor.
6. You are encouraged to creatively decorate your booth to draw visitors to your business.
7. Space will not be reserved without full payment.
8. Vendors may request booth, however, booths will be assigned on a first paid basis.
9. No refunds will be issued after March 28th.
10. To keep our and your costs down, large display trash cannot be left at the conference center.

TERMS: I hereby releas Summit County Builders Association, employees, officials, and volunteers for any and all liability for injury, theft or damages, whether actual or consequential, to myself or my property arising out of my participation in this event and waive any right to action, either legal or otherwise arising out of negligence, recklessness or any other basis for legal action. I further expressly assume the risk of participation in this event with full knowledge and understanding of risk.
