Event Dates & Hours

Tour Dates: September 20–21 & September 27–28, 2025Tour Hours: Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Summit County Builders Association proudly partners with The Summit Foundation for ticket sales. A portion of every ticket sold helps support local programs and services that benefit the Summit County community.

General Admission: $30 per personIncludes entry to all homes on the tour for both weekends.

Children Under 16: Free with a ticketed adult.

Rain or Shine: The Parade of Homes takes place in all weather conditions. Please dress and plan accordingly—mountain weather can be unpredictable.

How to Buy Tickets

Online: Purchase tickets via Eventbrite (link available at SummitParadeofHomes.com).

In Person: Tickets are available for purchase at the following homes during Parade hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on tour days):

• Home #1 – 6 Miners Creek Rd, Frisco

• Home #2 – SHS Tiny Home Box Office, 16201 CO Hwy 9, Breckenridge (Summit High School)

• Home #7 – 120 Penn Lode Dr, Breckenridge

Redeeming Your Online Ticket Purchase:A wristband is required for entry into the homes. Bring your digital ticket to Home #1, #2, or #7, or any official ticketing location, to receive your wristband(s).

Refund Policy

Event Map: A printed map is included in the Official Parade Program (also available digitally), showing all homes on the tour.

Parking: Follow posted signage at each home. Parking is available nearby unless otherwise noted. Please do not block driveways or roads.

Respect the Homes

• Do not touch or sit on furniture or décor

• Follow posted signage and home host instructions

Photography

• Allowed in most areas, but please avoid photographing personal items

Pets

• Not allowed inside any home (service animals permitted)

Accessibility

• Many homes are accessible; contact us ahead of time for any special needs

Footwear

• Some homes may require shoe removal or booties; no bare feet

Wristbands

• Must be worn visibly at all times during the tour

No Smoking or Vaping

• Prohibited inside and near all homes

Restrooms

• Ask event staff for locations of designated public restrooms

Children

• Must be supervised at all times; homes are not child-proof and may contain fragile items
