The Summit County Builders Association is a vibrant and growing organization that supports the building industry in Summit County, Colorado. Our 160 members are made up of builders, developers, architects, and other professionals in the building industry, all of whom are dedicated to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
We are proud to host the annual Parade of Homes each fall which showcases some of the most opulent houses ever built in Summit County. This event gives our members the opportunity to demonstrate their excellence and pride in each home they create.

The Summit County Builders Association is proud to partner with The Summit Foundation for online ticket sales. The Summit Foundation is a trusted community organization providing leadership and resources to assist local working families and to help resolve critical community issues. A portion of proceeds from the SCBA Parade of Homes benefit The Summit Foundation and their important community efforts.
