Walls, walls, walls! Construction students and tradespeople teaching alongside them are keeping the modular ADU build moving. Rick's report this week is short, sweet, and full of enthusiasm: 'Gettin It!! Whhhrrreee!!!'

Summit High School ADU
2026-2027 school year
This year's Careers in Construction project is a two-bedroom, one-bath modular ADU being constructed by Summit High School students alongside local trades professionals.
The two modular sections are being built at the high school and will be transported to Summit Cove, where they'll become part of a permanent residence for a local homeowner.
