LOWKEY🔥

This year we are proud to feature the SHS Tiny Home II in our 30th Anniversary Parade of Homes. Built by the 2024/25 Careers in Construction students at Summit High School, funded by the E.P.I.C. program at Colorado River BOCES, and fueled by Summit County Builders Association volunteers (plus one amazing teacher keeping the sparks flying). Our students had the tools, materials, and mentors to build a legit home from the ground up.

Summit High School’s Careers in Construction students handled the framing, wiring, plumbing, insulation, and finishes—turning classroom lessons into real-world skills.

This project isn’t just about four walls—it’s about futures. These students are discovering career paths, building confidence, and proving that the trades are, well, lowkey fire.

Want to see what they’ve built? Visit Home #2 during the Parade of Homes. Summit School District students and parents get in free, and everyone else can tour with a Parade wristband. Step inside—you’ll be amazed, no cap.

Open Sat. & Sun., all Parade Days from 10-5pm. Located at Summit High School
