We are heartbroken to announce that 188 Point View Place has been withdrawn from the 2026 Summit County Parade of Homes and will not be open for touring.

Despite an extraordinary effort by the entire development team, construction will not be completed in time to safely welcome Parade guests. No one is more disappointed than the team that has worked so hard to bring this remarkable home to life and was looking forward to sharing it with our community.

Because event materials were prepared in advance, 188 Point View Place may still appear in the printed program or other previously published materials. Please do not visit the property during the Parade.

The Parade will continue with ten outstanding homes throughout Summit County. Admission remains valid for all four public Parade days and provides access to every home participating in this year’s tour.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and share in the disappointment of everyone who was excited to see this home.
