Join us for the 2026 Summit County Parade of Homes, a self-guided tour showcasing exceptional homes, inspired design, custom craftsmanship, and mountain living throughout Summit County.

Tour Hours
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM each Parade day
Parade tickets are valid for all four tour days, giving you the flexibility to explore homes at your own pace. Kids under 12 are free. Home locations, directions, interactive maps, newly added homes, builder details, sponsor information, and day-of updates are available through the official Parade of Homes app and website.
A portion of ticket sales benefits local nonprofit partners serving Summit County through the Home Ambassador program. These nonprofit partners help welcome guests at participating homes and support a smooth tour experience throughout the event.

Wristbands are valid for entry to participating homes for all 4 days. Sept. 19,20, 26 & 27 2026, 10am-5pm. Children Under 12: Free admission with a ticketed adult. If you require special accommodations, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can assist you. Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
