Rick's Field Report 02/14/2025

The kids were mostly kept inside working on the theatre sets because of the snow and cold. One fella helped Justin with the stairs & Paul w/ the layout of them.

The electrician Joe had only complex final connections to make and decided to go it alone for accuracy reasons, and because the kids where on the sets inside.

Sydney the young dynamo from CICC was over taking pics and doing videos, Justin and I got to be grilled, I mean interviewed by her for some upcoming press. Ha

The front elevation is really coming along, only missing the door to the under-bedroom loft storage area.

I will be having the final rough inspections on plumbing, electrical, and framing next Friday.
