Rick's Field Report 03/05/2025

Last week Paul and I got all three rough inspections (plumbing, electrical & framing so we could proceed) passed with our “FaceTimed” in tiny home inspector out of Florida for our certification at the end.

Students and volunteers smeared “pookie” in all the seams, cracks, and holes of the shell with direction from Division 7 Insulation Contractors, the very best in the area!

The cavity below the living room was opened up vacuumed out and the tube was run in there to fill it with blown-in insulation particles (foam for walls and ceilings next)!!

The siding continued outside on the back of the building, the one spot that is not quite fully sided and trimmed!!!
