Week Ending 12/3/23

This week, we had a fantastic class with Scott Orr from Orr Concrete, along with project managers Tobi and Michael. They provided an excellent hands-on session on forming and pouring concrete, covering all the necessary details and why they matter. The students really enjoyed the interactive session and had a great time working with the concrete. Thank you, Scott, for taking the time to work with the students. They truly appreciated it. In the latest update on the Tiny Home Build, all walls have been framed and erected. With favorable weather this week, there is a good chance we will be able to get the structure dried in by the Christmas break. Rick is currently working on coordinating with trades for the roof and interior work to involve the students. Please see the attached picture for a visual update on the progress.
