General Admission: $30 per person. Includes entry to every home on the tour, valid for all four event days September 20–21 and 27–28, 2025. Children 16 and Under: Free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult. The Summit County Builders Association is proud to partner with The Summit Foundation.
