POH Wristband Valid All 4 Days
General Admission: $30 per person. Includes entry to every home on the tour, valid for all four event days September 20–21 and 27–28, 2025. Children 16 and Under: Free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult. The Summit County Builders Association is proud to partner with The Summit Foundation. A portion of every ticket sold directly supports their ongoing work to strengthen the Summit County community.

To access Parade homes, you must first exchange your ticket for a wristband. Detailed instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
Wristbands are valid for entry to participating homes for all 4 days. Sept. 19, 20, 26 & 27 2026, 10am-5pm.
Children Under 12: Free admission with a ticketed adult.
