Week Ending 3/17/24

We're in the final stages of completing the exterior of the Tiny Home, and it should be finished by the end of this week. The progress is visible from the highway.

On the interior, Dominick is currently running the water lines, and we already have the shower, toilet, and sink lines installed, as well as holes cut in the floor for the vent and waste. We're on track to finish this week. Rick has prepared the plumbing plans for inspection and is finalizing the electrical plans, aiming to start the electrical work next week.

For heating, we're using a mini-split heat pump unit from Mitsubishi. We've calculated the necessary BTUs using a manual J program to ensure it's suitable for the home.

This week, we're also planning to finish the interior walls and the loft. We're pushing to stay on schedule to have everything completed by the end of the school semester.
